Adhesion Prevention Equipment “Kame Cap”

products_img04_eng
During the cutting of a copper plate, the materials to be cut is supported by four pointed triangular parts.
By doing so, it is possible to prevent sharp edges that form at the time of cutting, such as iron scrap, from being adhered to the material to be cut.
Finishing operations for steel plate are reduced, so it possible to shorten the working time for the operator.
Consumables necessary to work are also reduced.
Low-cost high-quality products can be manufactured. The fixing screw mounting type can also handle lifting of a steel plate by a powerful magnet.
We also provide proprietary large copper alloy castings and a wide variety of machine tools starting from a pump blade used in underwater pumps.

Ingot Case

products_img05_eng
We manufacture ingot cases and molding board used to melt iron and copper.
Although it is no longer used in the general process of ironworks, an ingot is conventionally used as a means, maintaining high quality with a technology of molding that has been developed over many years.

This is graphite casted by mixing with pitch in a coke powder and undergoing a high temperature calcinations process at about 3,000℃ to artificially develop crystals.
This graphite has minimal impurities and high hardness so it is also used as a friction material such as the material for a brake.

This is a compound of silicon and iron made of silica, reducing agent and iron source.
Benefiting from its strong affinity with oxygen, it is mainly used as deoxidizer for steel making.
It is also used as an inoculum for foundry or a silicon additive to increase the strength of steel.
